or manufacturing, industrial, or operations management; or business or finance; or equivalent via education and/or work experience1 year of experience managing managers3 years of manufacturing management or other related management experience7 years of experience in an electrical manufacturing environmentDemonstrated thorough understanding of manufacturing business operating financesDemonstrated experience in the application of continuous improvement/lean tools, such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, or Transactional LeanDemonstrated success managing financial results to plan in a manufacturing or industrial services business;
