At HYBE, we believe in the power of music and foster a culture built on Passion, Trust, and Autonomy.Position OverviewOur growing HYBE America Human Resources team is seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior Human Resources Manager or Director to support the growth of our HR function in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and exemplifies the HYBE DNA core values of Passion, Autonomy & Trust.This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic people initiatives that align with long-term organizational goalsAct as a frontline partner to select client groups on all aspects of the employee experience: full employee life cycle, change management, engagement initiatives, check-ins, career development, and employee relationsSupport HR operations and execute company-wide initiatives and programsMaintain HRIS data integrity and ensure timely processing of personnel actionsWork with counterparts in Korea to build trust and create transparencyFoster a diverse and positive workplace that attracts top creative and operational talentPromote development initiatives including leadership coaching, mentoring, and career pathingLeverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisionsManage complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism at all timesProvide counseling and coaching to managers and employees, facilitating conflict resolution as neededSupport the execution of strategic people initiatives aligned with organizational goals, under the direction of senior HR leadersProvide operational support for HR programs and company-wide initiativesContribute to fostering a diverse and positive workplace that attracts and retains top creative and operational talentGather, track, and analyze data to inform HR decisions and provide reporting for senior HR leadershipQualifications8+ years of progressive HR experienceDeep understanding of federal and state labor laws and complianceExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environmentClear and professional verbal/written communication skillsPassion for music and enthusiasm for contributing to a creative, global businessDon't match every skill listed?
