Senior Admissions Consultant, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD This range is provided by Trilogy. What You Will Be Doing Managing the full admissions journey for assigned families with polish, empathy, and efficiency. Qualifying inbound leads from HNW/UHNW parents using smart questioning, CRM data, and AI insights. Acting as the primary point of contact for all parent communications, scheduling, and follow-ups — delivering a white-glove experience regardless of outcome. Leveraging AI tools and CRM systems (like HubSpot) to prioritize tasks, automate follow-ups, and reduce manual work. Building awareness in new cities by contacting preschools, community orgs, and local partners — surfacing warm leads and passing top prospects up to senior leaders. What You Won’t Be Doing Relying on scripts or rigid protocols — this job requires judgment, polish, and emotional intelligence. Getting stuck in red tape — you won’t be buried in cross-department approvals or waiting on others to take action. Delegating relationship management — you’re the trusted point of contact, start to finish. Senior Admissions Consultant Key Responsibilities Deliver a white-glove, high-conversion admissions journey that earns family trust and advances Alpha’s nationwide expansion. Basic Requirements 3+ years in a client-facing role with measurable conversion outcomes (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting). Track record of navigating high-stakes or emotionally sensitive conversations with polish and empathy. CRM fluency (ideally HubSpot) and experience managing multi-step journeys from lead to close. Demonstrated comfort with AI tools, automation, and workflow prioritization. Proven ability to manage details flawlessly — including documentation, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene. Based in the U.S. or Canada and authorized to work without visa sponsorship. Willingness to work evenings and weekends aligned to family schedules. Nice-to-have Requirements Familiarity with Alpha’s model or demonstrated passion for education reform.
