Pay: $19.00/hr (weekly pay) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM EST, no weekends Location: Tempe, AZ 85282 (onsite for onboarding, then work from home once trained) Temp to Hire Summary Support customers with accounts payable questions via phone, chat, and email. Handle billing inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear, professional communication. Must adapt to policy changes and work independently or in a team environment. Requirements 6+ months call center experience. Strong computer, phone, and web-based application skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Customer-focused, professional, and adaptable. Able to type 30+ wpm. High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred: SAP experience.
