If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Perform maintenance, repair, and preventative care on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building equipment. Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to keep tenants comfortable and safe. Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and life-safety systems. Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and occasional security coverage. Communicate clearly with tenants and team members and document work orders. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. HVAC certification required. Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic plumbing and electrical skills, ability to read blueprints/schematics. Comfortable with computers, mobile apps, and email communication.
