Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA)

Pennyfarthing is a behavioral consultancy devoted to improving the lives of individuals of all ages in a variety of settings. We are currently seeking an experienced, independent, caring, and reliable licensed assistant behavior analyst. The role of the chosen candidate will vary according to the needs of the clients served, but will consistently involve the major tasks outlined by the BACB's Task List for Behavior Analysts, conducted under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, which will include: Conducting behavioral assessments (direct and indirect) Developing and implementing behavioral treatment plans Providing consultative services and training to direct care staff and guardians Attending relevant team meetings (for individual cases and team meetings with Pennyfarthing staff) Submitting detailed, accurate, and timely documentation related to services provided Generating comprehensive and effective clinical reports Establishing effective clinical and ethical relationships with individuals served Establishing and maintaining professional and ethical relationships with staff and colleagues Those just mentioned are just a few of the expectations, and the ability to demonstrate these can lead to rapid growth within our agency. Here are the Minimum Requirements to be considered for this position: Current licensure as a licensed assistant behavior analyst (LABA) in Washington State Ability to pass a fingerprint background check Reliable transportation Ongoing maintenance of required CEUs (we offer funding to ensure you can do so). Starting wage for new LABAs is 24.00. Experienced LABAs can expect a higher salary with demonstrated competence.
