_Associate Attorney - 5+ years Civil Litigation Experience Required _ Our main Office in Tustin is growing and actively seeking a litigation attorney with 4-5 years of prior experience in civil litigation to become part of our team! The right candidate will assist the team in defending clients in civil litigation in state, federal and appellate actions. Experience in drafting all pleadings, taking and defending deposition and attending hearings is needed. Must be licensed in California and must be active and in good standing. J.D. must be from an accredited law school. Additional Skills: must have excellent research and analytical skills as well as clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
