Together, we steadfastly adhere to our dedication to excellence, ensuring our work benefits communities nationwide.Your Impact:In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales and products teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies that align with Single-Family’s priorities and objectives, advancing company goals and resonating with key audiences. Your leadership will combine deep organizational insight with a forward-thinking approach, guiding our audiences through change.Your expertise will be instrumental in driving these efforts:Market Readiness: Build and lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing enhancements, including end-to-end rollout and adoption plans and exit strategies.Sales Enablement and Performance Tracking: Create sales toolkits, deliver internal readiness training sessions, ensure every initiative has clearly defined and measurable business outcomes to monitor success, track adoption and pursue opportunities to optimize performance.Managing Change: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintain value delivery, build flexible processes, support organizational changes, manage reputational risks.Fostering Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Distribution, Communications, CX, Customer Education, and Strategic Operations to align product development with market needs, ensuring successful launches.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or related field10+ years of relevant go-to-market and change management experienceStrong customer service orientation along with outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and management reporting skillsDemonstrated experience collaborating with executives, internal collaborators, and managing change across business audiences and platformsProven ability to define go-to-market objectives, develop strategic plans to achieve them, and lead high-quality executionExperience or knowledge of mortgage industry or financial services is a plusCertification or knowledge of change management frameworks is preferredKeys to Success in this Role:Proven goal setting and execution skillsStrong collaboration and change management capabilitiesOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to adapt to and drive organizational changeWe consider all applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, physical and mental disability, pregnancy, ethnicity, genetic information or any other protected categories under applicable federal, state or local laws. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $168,000 - $252,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
