Business Intelligence Lead

About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and optimistic BI Reporting Lead to help keep our reporting team moving forward. This person will be the engine behind the execution—making sure tasks are clear, deadlines are met, and reports are polished and ready for leadership. You’ll work closely with a team of analysts, guiding their work, reviewing outputs, and helping remove roadblocks. What You’ll Do: Lead the Team’s Execution Delegate tasks, manage priorities, and keep the team focused. Own the peer review process to ensure reports are accurate, complete, and stakeholder-ready. Be the go-to person for questions, blockers, and direction. Keep Projects Moving Manage task workflows in ClickUp and ensure everything is documented and tracked. Coordinate working sessions to troubleshoot logic issues and clarify requirements. Take notes, document decisions, and make sure the team follows through. Review & Validate Reporting Check SQL code, Tableau dashboards, and logic for accuracy and consistency. Ensure reports align with business definitions and are ready for leadership review. Support performance reporting across all divisions and entities. Be the Connector Work with dev teams and other departments to resolve dependencies. Help the team gather requirements and understand the “why” behind the work. Stay neutral and focused on execution—not team dynamics. Support Team Performance Help build internal reporting to track team metrics and throughput. Assist with rollout prep for new systems and processes by ensuring reporting is in place. What You Bring: 6+ years in BI, reporting, or analytics roles Solid experience with SQL and Tableau Familiarity with Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, and DataLake environments Strong attention to detail—especially when reviewing others’ work Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts Great organizational skills and experience with tools like ClickUp Ability to make judgment calls and move forward even when info is incomplete Excellent communicator and documenter
