Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area with some work from home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications Experience in Commercial Roofing Sales, Customer Relations, and Negotiation Strong Communication and Presentation skills Knowledge in Project Management and Coordination Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
