Our client, located in Lebanon, TN. is looking to add a direct-hire Contracts Coordinator to their team. This is a new role that is open due to growth within the organization, and their ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of contract management experience within the construction field .The contracts come in waves, so this position will be picking up ad hoc HR duties when contract volume is lower to include benefits administration, onboarding new hires, and assisting with employment contracts.Duties: Contract Management & Compliance: Review, draft, revise, and audit customer, subcontractor, purchasing, and employment contracts; ensure compliance with company terms, legal requirements, and industry standards; track changes, collect signatures, and maintain organized contract records. Risk & Legal Oversight: Interpret contract language, identify potential risks, propose solutions, monitor lien notices and payment documentation, and collaborate with legal counsel as needed. Stakeholder & Partner Relations : Act as liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of contracts and accurate communications. Administrative & Support Functions: Assist with HR processes (onboarding, benefits administration, open enrollment), provide general accounting support, and review internal/external communications for accuracy and validity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required 2-3 years experience in contracts management or paralegal contracts management (construction experience highly preferred) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to review, draft, and audit contracts with exceptional attention to detail Ability to take initiative and contribute during slower contract periods by taking on HR and administrative support tasks Title: Contracts CoordinatorLocation: Lebanon, TN - fully on-site, M-F 8-5Salary: $65k-$75k based on experienceDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
