Escalation Analyst

I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add an Escalation Analyst to their team! Location: Alpharetta, GA - 5 days a week onsite Contract Duration: 12 month contract with high potential to extend/convert Pay rate: $22-25/hr About this role: This team handles all the complaints and tickets coming from regulators such as the BBB, Attorney General, and the CFBP (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) Heavy data entry Manage 20-25 cases on a daily basis Experience: Regulatory or Compliance background (this can be an internship or entry-level job) Strong oral and written communication (they will be interfacing with legal and compliance teams, they must be able to draft well written emails and documents Advanced organization skills and an ability to manage competing priorities/multi-task Nice to Have - Familiarity with FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) regulations Interested?
