Client Experience Host - Rolex Job Objective At Diamond Cellar, the Client Experience Host ensures every client encounter reflects our commitment to world-class hospitality. Operating with professionalism and exceptional communication skills, this individual creates memorable, personalized experiences that embody the Diamond Cellar standard. With a polished presence and a positive, “can-do” attitude, the Client Experience Host sets the tone for both clients and colleagues, elevating every interaction in our showroom and VIP spaces. This role combines creative research, refined hospitality, and hands-on support of our sales team to ensure all client experience touchpoints are flawlessly executed. From maintaining client hospitality stations to assisting with private appointments, the Host plays a key role in delivering an atmosphere of trust, luxury, and genuine care. Responsibilities Embody and model the Diamond Cellar culture, ensuring each client interaction—internal and external—reflects our world-class standards. Welcome all clients promptly and warmly, creating a sense of belonging the moment they arrive. Facilitate the client journey by supporting Sales Consultants in both the showroom and VIP room. Deliver all aspects of hospitality, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed and reflective of our luxury environment. Maintain client experience areas, keeping them well-stocked, orderly, and inviting. Utilize CRM to tailor experiences based on individual client preferences and histories. Engage with clients to learn their likes, dislikes, and interests to create highly personalized experiences. Support operational excellence by adhering to company policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain knowledge of Diamond Cellar’s collections, services, and events to ensure informed client conversations. Uphold showroom housekeeping standards, ensuring the space always reflects the prestige of our brand partners. Complete required training modules and actively seek opportunities to deepen expertise. Represent Diamond Cellar at internal meetings and external events as needed. Contribute ideas and feedback to continually improve client hospitality, showroom efficiency, and operational practices. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at the highest level. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the showroom team. Knowledge and Experience Jewelry/watch product knowledge strongly preferred. Previous experience in luxury hospitality or client-facing roles preferred. Skills and Attributes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Understanding of luxury retail and world-class client experience standards. High attention to detail and organizational excellence. Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a dynamic environment. Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Technologically proficient; comfortable with CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Professional, polished, and confident demeanor at all times, including adherence to appearance standards: Dark-colored business suits (or professional equivalent attire for women). Professional shoes suitable for a luxury retail environment. A Rolex tie or scarf will be provided and must be worn while on the showroom floor.
