This platform powers some of the most heavily trafficked and mission-critical systems in the organization, enabling businesses worldwide to effectively manage their workforce. With some of the highest request volumes across the company, this domain sits at the forefront of infrastructure innovation, resilience, and product this role, you will act as both a technical leader and hands-on architect, responsible for setting direction, influencing strategy, and delivering solutions that impact millions of users. You will guide end-to-end execution, from early design through production operations, ensuring that our systems are highly reliable, extensible, and performant at scale.
