Employment Type: Full TimeLocation: Hybrid (US-based, strong preference for DC Metro Area). In-person expectations include visits with customers, Salesforce offices, and Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA. Overview The Salesforce Developer designs, develops, and deploys secure Salesforce solutions within Federal environments that require an active security clearance. This role collaborates with architects, BAs, and PMs to implement customized, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned to mission needs. Responsibilities Develop and configure secure Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components. Implement business logic, automation, and integration solutions in compliance with Federal standards. Collaborate with BAs and Solution Architects to translate requirements into technical designs. Support testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues during UAT and deployment. Participate in code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards and security requirements. Contribute to DevSecOps pipelines and secure CI/CD practices in Federal delivery environments. Qualifications 3+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, APIs). Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II preferred). Experience with secure development practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with integrating Salesforce into Federal legacy systems. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex environments. Active Security Clearance required (Secret or higher).
