We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.We are currently seeking a Project Manager to specialize in life science projects (lab and manufacturing spaces), building infrastructure (electrical systems - UPS, Generators; switchgear; mechanical systems - air handlers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, etc; lab equipment and moves - autoclaves, fume hoods, etc; Fire Life Safety Systems - Sprinkler systems, Controls, etc; and building envelope - roofs, pavement, parking structure, etc) to join our Project and Development Services team on our client's life science account at their headquarters in Thousand Oaks, CA.As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership. Leveraging a national platform will allow you to focus on and lead industry-changing projects that influence the future of work.Responsibilities:Prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction.Develop risk management plans and lead teams through established work authorization processes.Handle multiple projects in various stages of completion.Work as "One Team" within the JLL Account Team.Qualifying Attributes:A Bachelor's degree is required.
