Join EY and help to build a better working world.The OpportunityAs a Project and Program Manager specializing in Business Performance within Transformation Architecture and Delivery, you’ll lead initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies will ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You’ll provide strategic guidance, drive product and solution vision, and be deeply involved in delivery and value realization.Our integrated capabilities in planning, analysis, and delivery distinguish us from conventional program management. We bridge the gap between strategy and execution by designing frameworks that enable data-driven decisions, optimize commercial transformation, and support value management and complex program structures. EY focuses on digital and AI transformation to automate tasks and deliver deeper insights.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp clients establish Transformation Management Offices (TMO) or Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) using proven frameworks based on global standards.Collaborate with leadership to design and operate business and solution architecture, product management approaches, and value delivery structures, tracking performance and benefits across workstreams.Manage multiple processes and projects with a focus on quality and risk.Drive process improvement and identify innovative solutions.Lead teams to deliver complex technical initiatives with clear performance outcomes.Apply expertise to resolve business issues and implement high-quality solutions.Travel as needed to meet client requirements.Skills And Attributes For SuccessStrong management of timelines, costs, and quality.Deep knowledge of project and program delivery methodologies.Ability to mentor others in tools, techniques, and technologies.Leadership in planning, execution, and closure of itiative in identifying new service opportunities and leading RFP responses.Collaborative, inclusive approach to team leadership and mentoring.Technical proficiency and business acumen with a commitment to industry trends.Focus on quality and risk management with ability to lead teams or workstreams depending on engagement size.Understanding of EY’s service lines and ability to identify ways to serve clients.Relationship-building across EY practices to meet client needs.To Qualify, You Must HaveA bachelor’s degree; advanced degree is a plus.Approximately 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm, supporting Business and Solution Architecture, Product and Portfolio Management, and Program Management in areas such as:TMO/VMO/EPMO design and deliveryValue and complex product/program roadmappingMaturity assessmentsEnd-to-end ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementationsProven success leading workstreams or consulting teams.Experience supporting pursuit efforts and the full RFP lifecycle.Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and digital fluency.Experience in program structuring, governance, and project management tools.Excellent oral and written communication skills.A valid U.S. driver’s license and passport, with willingness to travel (estimated at 80%).Ideally, You’ll Also HaveA Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.Certifications such as CPA, PMP, Six Sigma, or SAP Solution Manager.Sector experience in industries such as Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Private Equity, Industrials and Energy including Oil, Gas and Chemicals and Power and Utilities, Media & Entertainment, Health including Health and Life Sciences, Consumer Products and Retail.Effective change management and negotiation -depth sector knowledge to provide valuable insights.What We Look ForWe seek individuals who develop creative solutions to complex problems and collaborate effectively.
