About Chapter & Page Counseling Chapter & Page Counseling is a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed therapy practice dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and families with authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. We serve clients across Arizona and Tennessee through both virtual and in-person services, offering individual, family, and couples therapy, as well as psychological and autism evaluations. About the Role We are seeking an Independent Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our Arizona-based team as a 1099 contractor . As a clinician at Chapter & Page, you will: Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to neurodivergent and neurotypical client Deliver care through both telehealth and in-person sessions (hybrid model) Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals when needed Participating in optional consultation groups, case collaboration, and clinical support Have opportunities for Play Therapy supervision (if desired to begin to gain hours towards RPT) Build and maintain a consistent caseload with full administrative and billing support Have the freedom to integrate modalities that reflect your values and clinical style (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, IFS, narrative, somatic, etc.) What We’re Looking For Master's or Doctoral-level clinician licensed in Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Experience or strong interest in working with neurodivergent clients. (autism, ADHD, learning differences) Culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming Skilled in trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches Able to work independently and manage a full caseload (20–25 sessions/week) Access to a private, professional office space for in-person sessions (though you can also be fully remote) Preferred (but not required): Background in play therapy, family systems, or couples work Knowledge of school systems, IEP/504 support, or parent coaching Interest in existential, narrative, or creative modalities Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Compensation: Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below, and this range may be modified in the future. In-Person / Virtual Rates: $40 - $60 /hour for master's level license. Overall compensation package includes full administrative support including referrals, billing, credentialing and scheduling. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet. Must be able to observe and communicate information on a laptop or other equivalent device. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
