PRINT PRODUCTION MANAGER (Up to $100k)This is a FULL TIME, DIRECT HIRE positionA Print Production Manager drives the production of print production. A Print Production Manager will prepare quote sheets based on engineering drawings and project managers' requests and compile costing and timing bids from approved vendors for production runs. Print Production Manager reviews files for accurate print production and assists in the production and quality control of print for jobs. The Print Production Manager will oversee the production and review all graphics for print driven displays for, whether it be on site or at another supplier facility. Duties include, detailing print specification forms, assisting with production for multiple jobs, collaborating with the graphic design team to generate production ready art files, working closely with vendors to secure production time and materials, and ensuring the final product arrives on time and delivery matches specs and expectations.This position will report into the Director of Project Management.Key ResponsibilitiesWorks well within a team - strong written and verbal communication skills Meet with Sales and Production teams to assess, organize, bid and produce print and product related projects Oversee / and manage change for the correct production of digital files for graphic productionPrepare Print Production specification forms for the purpose of obtaining costing and timing for print production on projectsDefine timelines with print vendors based on production timelinesReview and onboard potential print partners to increase production capabilities where neededUpload digital files to vendors Manage proofing processes from dieline generation, through soft proof, hard proof and productionOrganize and file production proofs.Update and maintain QA /QC processes necessary for print production.Prepare graphic load tags to identify printed goodsPrepare and print in house graphics including but not limited to comps, instruction sheets, labels and other relevant in house printed itemsAttend offsite press checks at suppliers as needed Inspect inbound print production itemsOversee Packout at offsite vendors for print project and hard goods accuracyCoordinate the movement of inbound printed goods for packout with warehouse teamCheck BOM's and Print files for pack out accuracyRequirements College degree or equivalent work experience Relevant educational background, preferably in the fields of graphics design and print production.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Google Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In design, Microsoft Office products and other print related software.Compensation• Salary up to $100k• Full benefits - medical, dental, vision, 401K., PTO• Excellent growth opportunity• Relaxed work environment
