As a vital part of our Rudisill team, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them navigate library services, and ensures our spaces are organized, inviting, and accessible. Whether you're assisting with checkouts, guiding users through technology, or supporting library programs, your work will make a meaningful impact every day. Current Location: 1520 N. Hartford, Tulsa Salary: $14.42 / an hour Status: Part-Time, 20 hours / weekSchedule: Tuesday: 10:00am - 2:00pm Wednesday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm Thursday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Hours subject to change based upon scheduling needsThe Customer Service Assistant will: Provide top-notch customer service in person and over the phone Assist with library materials: check in/out, renewals, sorting, and shelving Help customers use self-checkout machines and digital tools Issue and update library cards Maintain neat and organized service areas Support programming and tech help as needed Champion our commitment to Equity, Diversity, and InclusionWhat We're Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfort with basic technology and a willingness to learn more Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A team player who's adaptable and ready to jump in wherever neededQualifications: High school diploma or GED required Some college coursework preferred Previous customer service experience is a plusWhy Join Us?At TCCL, we're more than just books-we're a hub for community connection, lifelong learning, and innovation.
