This ensures continuity of care for our patients and allows you to fully benefit from the training, mentorship, and growth opportunities we provide.What You’ll Love About Working HereAutonomy to manage your own practice with strong clinical and organizational supportFlexible scheduling and a focus on work-life balanceComprehensive training and access to industry-leading tools and resourcesEvidence-based clinical decision support toolsCareer growth and development opportunities within a Fortune 10 companyNo after-hours charting—complete documentation during your shiftYour RoleAfter completing a 14-week training and mentorship program, you will:Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counselingPerform administrative tasks such as clinic opening/closing, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collectionConduct routine exams and diagnostic tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatmentCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive carePromote preventive care and wellness through screenings, chronic condition management, and behavioral health supportRequired QualificationsNP/PA with less than 12 months of clinical experienceActive and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licenseAbility to provide holistic, evidence-based care, including STI prevention and educationAuthorized to order/administer immunizations (e.g., COVID-19, flu, TB, Depo)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AEDWillingness to complete DOT certification within 30 days of hireAbility to pass a respirator FIT test and wear a mask when requiredProficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plusEducation RequirementsMaster’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, National Board Certification and state licensure to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurseor Physician Assistant Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related master’s degree or equivalent experience together with Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the role.Preferred QualificationsExperience with EPIC electronic health recordsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$50.22 - $108.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
