Senior Accountant-Real Estate Development

About the Company A fast-growing real estate investment and development company focused on healthcare and senior living is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This role will manage financial reporting and operational accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and property subledgers Review financial packages from third-party property management firms Analyze and report on variances and financial issues Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA candidate preferred) 2+ years of professional accounting experience Real estate or construction background preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Full cycle accounting experience Proficiency in Excel; Yardi experience a plus Why Apply?
