Job Description

1. Establish long-term, three-year, one-year, and quarterly financial goals; measurable and accountable.2. Implement financial objectives from the Lead Team to steward Trinity Church including annual budget with variance reporting and accountability, financial planning, analysis, reporting and recommendations to the Lead Team, effective cash management and investment strategies, optimal financing and debt strategies, compliant restricted-fund management.3. Implement engaging and effective capital campaign oversight and maintain engaging and effective donor development.4. Maintain third party accounting relationship and annual audit relationship, ensuring accounting standards for nonprofit status and unqualified financial audit opinions annually.5. Uphold and enable compliant, and joy-bearing HR practices of Trinity Church.6. Monitor entire organizational risk across administrative and ministry functions for financial reporting, insurance, and governmental requirements, and appropriate use of legal resources as needed.Required Skills1. Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.2. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for Nonprofits including Fund Accounting.3. Experience in raising capital through donor development, capital campaigns, and nonprofit lending.4. Demonstrated financial aptitude, policy and process minded, risk management, regulation compliance.5. Excellent leadership and management skills, with utmost integrity and humility, and executive presence in reporting.6. Zero-based budget development and variance reporting.Preferred Skills and Experience1. Master's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.2. Experience in building cash flow models, and implementing solutions to raise capital, fund business operations, and build adequate reserves.3. Understanding of nonprofit software such as PushPay, Planning Center Online, .4. Experience in leading human resource management.Work Schedule:Monday through Friday primarily, and several weeks Saturday through Wednesday for special weekend events.Expected Start Date:Jul 1, 2025 - August 18, 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
