This position offers a hybrid schedule with two days per week onsite. For immediate consideration email your resume to KissingerWe’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented IT Project Specialist to support the planning and execution of National Telecommunications (NT) projects. This role will involve working with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools and custom applications, collaborating on critical documentation, and maintaining the Enterprise Network Management (ENM) master portfolio database. If you're passionate about technology, thrive in structured environments, and excel at cross-functional teamwork, we’d love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate planning and delivery of IT projects across COTS tools and custom-built applicationsDevelop and maintain documentation including:Project chartersBusiness and technical requirementsCommunication strategiesTest plans and scriptsSupport configuration and updates to the ENM master portfolio databaseCollaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teamsEnsure project alignment with Federal sector best practices and compliance standardsMinimum QualificationsActive Secret Security ClearanceHands-on experience with network infrastructure hardware, software, and monitoring toolsProven track record supporting or leading Federal sector IT projectsExceptional writing, communication, and organizational skillsSelf-starter with strong problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated capacity for sound judgment and innovative thinkingTeam-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and growPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with the U.S. State Department and Managing State Projects (MSP) methodologyProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationBackground in network design, engineering, or cybersecurityStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience with Cloud platforms in the Federal sector (e.g., Google Workspace, AWS)Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling toolsITIL certificationExperience with Agile development and implementationBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
