You will be an integral part of the PopID development team developing core software, helping drive customer integrations, introducing new payment gateways, and deploying best-in-class biometric solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of Java or Kotlin and a desire to research, learn, test and implement new emerging technologies.Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)RequirementsDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure mobile applications for AndroidCreate and enhance SDK libraries for Android, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionalityArchitect and implement camera-based applications, utilizing the latest technologies and best practicesLead mobile application design discussions, contributing expertise in performance, scalability, and securityApply expert-level understanding of mobile architecture patterns, frameworks, and technologies to drive technical decisionsUtilize full stack development experience to provide valuable insights and contribute to various aspects of the development processKey Qualifications:8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development for AndroidProficiency in Java, Kotlin and SwiftExtensive experience in designing and building SDK libraries for AndroidExperience working with AOSPProven expertise in camera-based application development, utilizing hardware capabilities effectivelyStrong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, frameworks, and technologiesStrong understanding of Android Camera API (Camera 2)Knowledge of face filters, beautification, and background filters is a strong plusNice-to-have: Previous experience with full stack developmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challengesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsBenefitsThe starting base pay range for this position is $170K - $200K annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on the candidate's location and the overall job market.
