Our cloud-based software platform connects to 1300+ warehouse operators across North America, making the process of sourcing, operating and scaling logistics services fast and FP&A DirectorAs the FP&A Director your role is critical in supporting the company’s growth and scale initiatives through revenue forecasting, budget ownership, planning, and business analytics. You will work with the company leadership team to drive resource planning and allocation and identify improvement opportunities through analysis and reporting. You will partner with sales leadership on revenue forecasting, sales efficiency, and compensation plan management.Reporting to the SVP, Strategy and Planning, this individual contributor role frequently works with the CFO and has a high degree of visibility and engagement across all functions of the company, providing an outstanding opportunity to participate in building and growing a transformative organization.Job ResponsibilitiesRevenue Forecast and Sales Analytics:Develop, evolve and maintain pipeline analysis, revenue forecasting and other models that contribute to understanding the overall health of the businessWork closely with sales leadership to plan and evaluate sales and marketing investments and ROIOwn the commissions calculation and support annual updates to the planAnnual Budget / P&L ForecastOwn and drive the annual budget processPrepare P&L and unit economic analysesModel forecast and annual planning scenariosPerform ad hoc business, cohort, and payback analysis as neededContribution Margin Analysis and Planning:Own and evolve the Contribution Margin model to support scalable growthEvaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities and solutionsServe as an expert advisor and partner to senior leaders on contribution margin drivers and levers for improvementBusiness Analytics:Own preparation of the Monthly Business Review analyses and contentSupport the creation of Board and reporting materialsOwn, evolve, and streamline the business analytics models and reporting that support the operating rhythm of the businessQualificationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 10+ years of relevant experience with 6+ of FP&A requiredBachelor degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent, MBA preferredHighly analytical and proven ability to solve problems both independently and working with teamsExcellent financial modeling and business analytics track record, supported by exceptional Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skillsetEnergized by a fast paced environment and a wide range of dynamic responsibilitiesHighly curious with a relentless drive to identify and deliver operational improvementAbility to partner across all areas of the business and drive win/win solutionsExperience with ERP and Cloud FP&A tools is strongly preferred (NetSuite and Adaptive experience is a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work with multiple teams and resolve problemsThe salary range for this role is $158,500 to $209,500 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen.
