Our ideal candidate(s):· Are go-getting, self-focused, roll-up-your sleeves, attention-to-detail attorneys with a practice primarily focusing on any or all of the following: Corporate, Financing, M&A, Employment, and Licensing.· Love the idea of creating long-term, trusting relationships with clients and providing meaningful, practical advice that makes a difference.· Are not afraid to bet on themselves.· Are excited to collaborate with like-minded people to build a thriving, sustainable, client base.We see this as potential fit for solo practitioners, in-house counsel, or attorneys who want to break free of traditional law firm dynamics, and individuals looking to collaborate with an existing team of attorneys to expand pensation is competitive and includes robust benefit package after 6 months. Note, there is massive growth potential in this environment.You should have:·4-10+ years of relevant experience in Corporate, Financing, and Licensing and related transactional work is strongly preferred – we are all generalists here but take on specific roles within the “in-house” structure.·Extraordinary drafting skills, attention to detail, and a passion to deliver excellent client service in accordance with HMLG’s service level agreement.·The ability to wear many hats; self-start and take pride in handling projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and direction.·Demonstrated ability in drafting agreements, customizing and tailoring form agreements to each client’s voice and business model, following an established legal playbook.·Curiosity about the client and their projects, always seeking opportunities to provide the highest level of service.·Residency and active bar admission will consider licensed attorneys outside of Washington; however, no relocation fees are included.·Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Submissions will only be accepted via email.
