And a Payroll Administrator who reports up to the Finance Manager.Hours/Schedule: 40 hours per week with lots of flexibilitySystems: Adaptive, SAGE, MIP AbilaThis job:Budget to actual analysisMaking recommendations to Senior LeadershipProfessional development of the finance teamDevelop and monitor KPI'sBachelor's Degree in Accounting, MBA or CPA preferredExperience with financial modeling and scenario analysis5+ years progressive experience in financial operations3+ years experience in a non profit, very important.Spanish or other non-English language skills is a plus!Interviews are being scheduled now.
