The firm is expanding its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) – CFO Services team across various U.S. locations.Our PEPI practice focuses on serving middle market and large cap private equity firms to improve operating results at portfolio companies. We offer services including CFO roles (interim management), strategy, M&A, and supply chain improvements.The Interim CFO will support our private equity clients nationally. The ideal candidate has a CPA and/or MBA, with previous experience as a financial executive in Manufacturing, Industrial, or CPG industries, and preferably consulting experience.Professional Experience:Established CFO experience for PE-owned businesses with revenues between $100M and $1B REQUIREDDeep experience in Manufacturing/Industrial/CPG industries REQUIREDExperience working with private equity-backed companies REQUIREDPrior consulting experienceLeadership in time-sensitive projects (restructuring, carve-outs, acquisitions)Experience enhancing finance organization performanceProven ability to build budgets, forecasts, and management dashboardsProfessional Skills:Strong communication, analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsStructured project management skillsInitiative, critical thinking, and client relationship skillsAbility to support broad operational issues and develop strategic recommendationsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field + 10+ years of relevant experienceMBA or advanced certifications (CPA, CFA) preferredWillingness to travel up to 80%Existing PE relationships are a plusAlvarez & Marsal promotes inclusive diversity and equal opportunity employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
