Overview2026 January IBD Full Time Analyst (San Francisco)Position: Financial Technology Partners is seeking Full-Time Investment Banking Analysts to begin in January 2026 in San Francisco.Firm OverviewFinancial Technology Partners is one of the most successful boutique investment banks on Wall Street. We offer a full suite of financial and strategic advisory services, including merger and acquisition advisory, private capital raising and capital markets advisory. The Financial Technology sector is a dynamic industry that encompasses the convergence of financial services and technology. We are a 200+ global firm with a collegial and energetic culture. Senior bankers at the Firm are formerly of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Evercore and Barclays.Role DescriptionOur Analysts are involved in all aspects of transactions from origination to closing. They work directly with senior bankers and are responsible for the day-to-day activities of each transaction. The work is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The Analyst program begins in January 2026 with rigorous classroom training led by seasoned bankers. After training, Analysts are staffed on live deals, working with deal teams on day-to-day activities of M&A and capital raising transactions.General QualificationsRecent graduates of undergraduate or Master programs, or students graduating by December 2025Finance or Accounting major preferredSAT 1400 / ACT 30 strongly preferredPrior finance and/or accounting internship experience idealExcellent problem solving and analytic abilityStrong work ethic and drive for excellenceAbility to perform under pressure amid tight deadlinesTeam player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurialStrong quantitative and technical skillsStrong data management and research skillsMaturity and poise to work directly with client executivesAttention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skillsPermanent U.S. work authorization required.
