Technical Product Manager

OverviewROLE OVERVIEWWe are building a top talent technical product team to support Fashion Nova’s next phase of growth. We have ambitious plans to build technology platforms that will help us scale the company significantly over the coming years.The Product Manager will work closely with our engineering teams as we evolve our Shopify based eCommerce experience to take our user experience to the next level and build data rich tools to enable internal teams to maximize their performance.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Product Manager will direct the daily operations of the product teams, analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.Create, manage, and prioritize product road map in alignment with business goals.Lead product execution from vision, through delivery, and iterating on next steps.The Technical Product Manager will review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.Meet with Fashion Nova’s department heads, managers, supervisors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and various business functions to deliver new products.Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.Develop and interpret Fashion Nova’s organizational goals, policies and procedures.Collect and analyze feedback from our customers and key stakeholders to distill into actionable requirements.Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and project scope throughout the delivery process.
