OverviewNursing Home Administrator / Executive Director (HFA) at Lincolnshire Healthcare & Rehabilitation CenterPosition: Nursing Home Administrator / Executive DirectorPosition Summary: The Nursing Home Administrator / Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring quality care and services are provided in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role oversees operations in the areas of clinical care, financial performance, human resources, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Administrator works collaboratively with the facility’s interdisciplinary team to implement policies and procedures that support a safe, efficient, and person-centered care environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction for overall facility operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care.Promote a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.Drive high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.Ensure implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures.Maintain a safe and clean physical plant in accordance with health and safety regulations.Lead quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement plans.Serve as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, community, and regulatory agencies.Education, Experience, and LicensureBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.Active and valid Nursing Home Administrator License (HFA) in good standing.Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.QualificationsStrong financial acumen with ability to read, interpret, and act upon financial -depth knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care facilities.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflict, and promote a culture of accountability and respect.Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.High degree of integrity and professionalism with a commitment to resident-centered care.Proficiency in regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and patient rights advocacy.Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceDaily pay optionPaid time off and holiday payLong-term and short-term disabilityEmployee assistance programOpportunities for advancement and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
