OverviewNursing Home Administrator / Executive Director (HFA) at Lincolnshire Healthcare & Rehabilitation CenterPosition: Nursing Home Administrator / Executive DirectorPosition Summary: The Nursing Home Administrator / Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring quality care and services are provided in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role oversees operations in the areas of clinical care, financial performance, human resources, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
