Loan Workout, Senior Vice President - Real Estate

Director of Executive Search | Park Capital Search Location: Miami, FL (on-site, in office) About Our client is a leading real estate investment (REIT) and asset management firm seeking a Loan Workout, Senior Vice President to join its growing Asset Management team. This SVP will lead the workout and resolution of complex commercial real estate loans. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of specially serviced CMBS loans and distressed debt assets, while also contributing to underwriting new debt investment opportunities. Responsibilities Manage and resolve non-performing commercial real estate loans with a focus on CMBS and distressed debt assets Negotiate and structure complex debt workouts and oversee transactions through closing and legal documentation Conduct analysis of collateral positioning, evaluations, and assess restructuring alternatives Ensure compliance with servicing agreements, loan documents, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards Prepare and present resolution strategies, business plans, and cash flow projections to senior leadership Collaborate with attorneys, receivers, property managers, appraisers, and other third-party partners Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related 8+ years of relevant Loan Workout experience in non-performing distressed commercial real estate loans or debt asset management Excellent communication and presentation skills Seniority level Executive Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Industries Real Estate and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
