Assistant Spa Manager and Sales at Heights Wellness Retreat Overview: This role supports the Retreat Director in delivering exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction, and leads sales and front desk initiatives within a membership-based wellness retreat environment. Responsibilities Directly assist the Retreat Director in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, driving revenue and profitability, managing inventory, and ensuring brand systems and processes are consistently followed across shifts Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent Plan and implement Front Desk sales training; provide in-the-moment coaching and role-playing to support the Front Desk Team Stay updated on services, products, and promotions; model best practices for the team Manage team member schedules to support effective daily operations Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual and overall team goals; develop plans and execute to achieve and exceed them Lead by example, achieving personal and team goals Qualifications At least 1 year of face-to-face sales or retail management experience Self-starter with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution Ability to develop positive relationships with employees and coach/mentor with discipline Working knowledge of computers and standard software Basic business math skills Must be able to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement Training & development Personal and Career Development Robust Leadership Training Digital work environment Beautiful retreats Massage Heights Family Fund Schedule 6–8 hour shifts Required 1 weekend shift Days and evening shifts available Weekends, evenings, and holidays required Company Overview Massage Heights is a national franchise with U.S. and Canadian locations, locally owned and operated by small business owners.
