Job Description

Pay Range: $57,783 - $66,950 annually Position Summary Responsible for managing the overall operations of a Qdoba restaurant. Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for living the Brand values and helping the brand thrive. Focuses on developing a people and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality by responding to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery. Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance; ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed. Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs. Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales. Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures. Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals. Manage food and labor costs. Execute company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations. Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary. Manage and maintain safe working conditions. Manage employees in a manner that encourages growth and reduces turnover. Focus on developing long-term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable sales. Manage the new hire lifecycle, including interviewing, selection, and training. Identify and resolve problems proactively. Ensure continual improvement in quality, service, and cleanliness. Identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions. Qualifications Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 5+ years in QSR with 2+ years in a leadership role. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Highly motivated, organized, and ethical. Ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees. Must have a valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing approximately 10-50 lbs. Clear speech and hearing. Ability to operate a computer or device.
