Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist CRC WG to meet or exceed sales goals Represent the firm in a professional manner with clients and business partners Attend retail agency dinners, events and functions as required Identify and target new retail agency prospects Manage key current retail agency relationships Develop and execute cross sell strategy across the CRC WG divisions Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training or work-related experience Possess and maintain a level of insurance knowledge that cultivates and develops retail agency relationships Understand the retail agent's needs and have knowledge of where to direct within CRC WG Must be able to develop, foster, and maintain working relationships Must possess leadership skills and work well with a team Excellent written and verbal skills Must be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint applications Must be able to maintain a travel schedule The annual base salary for this position is $200,000.00 - $250,000.00.
