Overview Position: Full Time Work schedule: 4 or 5 days per week Employment type: Employed Average patients seen: 20–22 per day Loan repayment Compensation: $61.73–$78.95 per hour Benefits: PTO depends on years of service (varies between 224–460 hours maximum), 11 paid holidays, sick leave, medical and dental coverage, FSA, retiree medical insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance. All members of the bargaining unit will be provided full coverage as required by the Oregon Worker's Compensation Act. $2,500 CME education stipend for full-time providers and 5 CME days (or 40 hours) Additional info: The Immediate Access Provider delivers same-day and next-day care for new and established patients to reduce referrals to outside Urgent Care/ED. Unlike traditional APCs, this role has no patient panel but supports continuity with 0.8 clinical FTE and 0.2 indirect care. Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, minor procedures (suturing, biopsies, wound care, casting), interpreting diagnostics, and coordinating with integrated teams (primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, dental). Covers colleagues, completes documentation, participates in committees, compliance review, and continuing education. Positions may be filled across Integrated Clinical Services clinics: East, Mid, Rockwood, North Portland, Northeast, and Southeast Health Centers. Responsibilities Deliver same-day and next-day care for new and established patients. Provide assessments, diagnoses, treatment, prescribing, and minor procedures (e.g., sutures, biopsies, wound care, casting). Interpret diagnostics and coordinate with integrated care teams (primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, dental). Cover colleagues, complete documentation, participate in committees, and engage in compliance reviews and continuing education. Support continuity of care with 0.8 clinical FTE and 0.2 indirect care.
