They operate out of 5 conveniently-located outpatient sites and have a staff of 4 physicians and 1 physician assistant. They are currently hiring due to growth.Position DescriptionThe new physician will work in a traditional outpatient setting, providing general gastroenterology services with the support of dedicated clinical and administrative assistants.The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:consultationsfollow-up visitstreatment of GI conditionscolonoscopycapsule endoscopyupper endoscopyERCPcolon cancer screeningnutrition counselingThey see patients for such conditions as:GERDIBShemorrhoidsulcerative colitisCrohn's diseaseabdominal painpancreas diseaseacid refluxand much morePhysicians see an average of 25 to 30 patients per day; this number is adjusted based on type of appointment scheduled, patient needs, and provider preference.
