Licensed Psychiatrist-Full TimeLocation: Petaluma, CA, 94952What you will be doing:Providing ongoing psychiatric care to adolescent residents with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems.Performing routine and emergency assessments, diagnostic clarification, and treatment recommendations.Coordinating care before and during admission and municating with parents/guardians and educating clients on a weekly basis.Attending weekly treatment team meetings.Serving as a liaison with the Director of Nursing, Clinical Director, and other treatment team members.Assessing and screening patients, conducting psychiatric evaluations, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testing.Developing a treatment plan, measuring progress against the plan, and making adjustments as needed.Coordinating and communicating with case managers and other stakeholders about treatment and pleting all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.Collaborating with a broader team of physicians, therapists, nurses, etc. to assess and adjust treatment plans.Experience you will need:Current and valid Board Certification in Psychiatry.Experience working with Adolescent (aged 12yrs -17yrs) is preferred.Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an approved psychiatric residency.License to practice medicine in the state of CA.What’s in it for you?!Tremendous Career Growth Opportunities!Passionate about Adolescent CareSenior management and leadership are very well respected by team!Great work environment with family like work culture!Mission DrivenIf that’s you, let’s talk! #J-18808-Ljbffr
