We’re partnered with a non-profit outpatient clinic in Santa Rosa to find a Lead Psychiatrist to join the team!This organization has been providing integrated Primary Care Psychiatry services to the residents of Sonoma County for over 30 years. They have 10 locations and are continuing to grow. You can begin your leadership journey here and enjoy continued growth and advancement throughout your career!As the Lead Psychiatrist, your duties will include:Supervision and development of the Psychiatry Team (staff Psychiatrists and PMHNPs)Working closely with the CMO to develop and implement guidelines and protocolsProviding clinical oversight to the Associate Program Director of the Psychiatry NP Residency ProgramLeading the initiative for continuous improvement of Primary Care Psychiatry integrationYou'll be the Psychiatry expert, enhancing processes and sharing your knowledge across a multidisciplinary team.
