Join a growing team servicing multiple family medicine clinics throughout the county. This is a full-time, permanent position with a guaranteed base salary for the first year and productivity bonus.Position Details:Full-timeFlexible schedule according to physician's needs. The physician will work with the Practice Manager to define their schedule, which is adjustable throughout the year. M-F clinic only.Call rotation: 1 weekend every 2 months, 1 week night every 2 weeks, split between all FM physicians who aren't grandfathered out due to service years.Must be BC/BEEmployed opportunityAverage of 24-26 patients per dayCerner EMRAPPs assist physicians in handling patients and are supported by RNs, LPNs, and MAs.Base salary negotiable based on experience and competitive per MGMA, along with productivity bonuses, sign-on bonus, quality bonus, relocation bonus, and a student loan repayment program over 4 years.
