We are looking for providers passionate about caring for the whole family, interested in technology, and eager to work in a team-based practice. Our goal is to extend exceptional whole-person care across the community.About Primary Care+:Built on convenience, responsiveness, and personalized care.Open 7 days a week with extended weekday hours and weekend hours from 8am-2pm.Patients have 24/7 messaging access via the AdventHealth app, virtual visits, and same-day in-person visits.Schedule & Responsibilities:Two-week rotating schedule, approximately 14 shifts/month.One weekend with a 6-hour shift; no additional call schedule.Serve as a supervisor for 2-3 pensation & Benefits:Competitive salary, productivity incentives, APP supervision pay, signing bonus, relocation bonus (if applicable).Malpractice coverage, paid days off, 6 major holidays, CME allowance, health/life/disability insurance, retirement contributions.Join us in bringing this new Primary Care offering to the Rome and Cartersville communities.
