Our Team Physicians work closely with the Medical Directors to play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation. Rediscover the "joy in practice" while working in a value-based care environment with a team to support you in delivering high quality patient care.Employment type:Full timeWhat you'll be working on:Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsTreating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalitiesOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office proceduresSupervising one or more NP or PA colleaguesEducation, licenses, and experiences required for this role:Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency programPracticed at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care settingBoard Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start dateState licensed inAZ, obtained before your One Medical start dateOne Medical providers also demonstrate:A passion for human-centered primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgroundsThe ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patientsThis is a full-time role based at our Cotton Lane Office inPhoenix, AZ #J-18808-Ljbffr
