Overview Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Location: Beaumont, California Job Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Only | 40 Hours per Week Compensation: $268,000 – $380,000 annually, depending on specialty and experience Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Position Overview A nonprofit community health center in Beaumont, California is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. This position is 100% outpatient with no nights, weekends, or inpatient call. Physicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and acute visits. Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions across the lifespan. Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations. Provide prenatal and postnatal care when within training and scope. Coordinate referrals and transitions of care. Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation. Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health, and other care team members. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise medical students or residents as needed. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Active California medical license. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Current DEA registration and BLS certification. Bilingual in English and Spanish or Arabic preferred. Compensation Family Medicine: $268,000 – $363,000 annually. Internal Medicine: $281,000 – $380,000 annually. Monthly performance incentive bonus. Four hours per week of protected administrative time.
