Medical Director, Pediatric Kidney Transplant (Finance)Medical Director, Pediatric Kidney Transplant (Finance)Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida is seeking a board-certified/eligible MD or DO to serve as Medical Director of our Pediatric Kidney Transplant Program in Orlando. This full-time clinical faculty position offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow a world-class transplant program within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.About the OpportunityThis is an exceptional leadership role for a pediatric nephrologist with a passion for kidney transplant care-spanning clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic program development. The position includes 75% clinical effort, with approximately half of that dedicated to transplant patients, and 25% protected time for research, program leadership, or academic growth.As Medical Director, you will join a highly collaborative team of three pediatric nephrologists, supported by experienced nephrology nurses, dietitians, social workers, and business administrators.
