Key responsibilities Comprehensive eye exams for aging adults Refracting, diagnosing, and managing ocular disease Collaborating with facility teams to ensure continuity of care Maintaining a friendly, respectful, and professional presence in each setting You’ll be part of a collaborative team of physicians who consistently report professional fulfillment, financial rewards, and meaningful connections through their work. Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking Optometrists who are: Passionate about serving older adults and underserved populations Experienced in refracting, diagnosing, and managing ocular pathologies Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Illinois Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus, but not required.
