OverviewPosition Title: Contracted CPP Clinical SupervisorSALARY: $150 Per HourSCHEDULE: Remote roleThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the quality of services provided by HCN therapists, with a reciprocal and circular model for collaboration among a network of community partners. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision and clinical documentation support. The Clinical Supervisor provides weekly Individual and/or Group Supervision to child and family mental health services staff. The Clinical Supervisor monitors clinical documentation and provides input, in coordination with the Clinical Director in clinical policies and procedures. Master/'s Degree in Mental Health related field. Must be two years post-licensure as LCSW/ LMFT/ LPCC/ Psychologist and have completed the required course in Clinical Supervision.About Homeless Children’s NetworkHCN works to decrease the impact of trauma and to empower families. We form a trusted relationship and follow our clients over time, providing security and stability that allows them to become more stable and confident, raise healthy and emotionally independent children, and develop skills and training that will help lift them out of the cycle of homelessness.For more information about HCN, please visit our website at Program DescriptionHomeless Children’s Network’s (HCN’s) proposed Operational Expansion Implementation-Track project supports the training of more clinicians on Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) evidence-based practices (EBPs); increases HCN’s capacity to provide the children and families we serve with EBPs; makes it possible for HCN to scale up the delivery and implementation of CPP in the next two years; and assists with the expansion of trauma-informed behavioral health services across the various settings HCN reaches as the hub of an HCN Collaborative of 52+ San Francisco-based service providers. HCN Collaborative members include emergency shelters, domestic violence shelters, transitional housing programs, permanent supportive housing sites, family resource centers (FRCs), schools, after-school programs, LGBTQIA+ community centers, foster care, primary care providers, substance abuse treatment programs, and other community-based organizations serving families citywide.
