OverviewFamily Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Central Michigan. Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud.Our Mission: To provide quality, integrated and comprehensive health care services that are accessible to all.Our Vision: Family Health Care is the health provider and employer of choice in the communities we serve, providing 100% access to care and achieving 0% health disparities.We are currently seeking a full-time family medicine physician for our clinic in Cadillac, Michigan.About CadillacCadillac is a beautiful northern Michigan community home to 500,000 acres of natural forest, hundreds of miles of rivers, well-designed golf courses, a pristine ski resort, and a charming downtown area with historical sites, cultural attractions and family-friendly businesses and restaurants. Cadillac is also home to William Mitchell State Park which features boating, fishing, kayaking and swimming on Lake Mitchell and Lake Cadillac.
