At Arrow Dental, we’re passionate about helping you on your journey to be better. We are seeking a General Dentist to join our Arrow Dental clinic in Portland, Oregon. This position is responsible for providing dental care and improving oral health for patients; ensuring continued viability and success in accessing and treating; and providing a positive experience in addressing their oral care needs. Providers are eligible to apply for the student loan repayment program. Arrow Dental primarily serves Medicaid patients to support the community, especially the large Medicaid-eligible population due to the Affordable Care Act. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, with possible Fridays. Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants below the minimum qualifications are eligible only for the lower end of the pay range. Required Skills: Licensed Dentist in Oregon Nitrous endorsement Strong patient management skills Management and leadership abilities Excellent communication skills Proficiency with dental practice management software Strong decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions Confidentiality and professional image General Practice Residency or equivalent experience (a plus) Spanish skills (a plus) Team player Primary Functions: Provide comprehensive dental services Prioritize patient needs and educate patients on treatment plans Manage office duties, including patient records, personnel, practice management, and equipment maintenance Participate in after-hours on-call duties Perform other duties as assigned If you’re ready to make a difference that matters, we want to hear from you.
