Onsite services include CT, MRI, x-ray, lab, etc. This is a Level 4 Trauma Center with Life Flight 24/7, Cardiac Cath Services 24/7, and Hospitalist Program 24/7.Hospital Duties include responding to in-house cardiac/respiratory arrests, including peds and OB/nursery. No Call. Flexible Scheduling. Fully integrated system with clinics and Hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination. New fully equipped Emergency Department.Responsibilities:Twelve 12 hour shifts per monthClinical Shift Hours = 7:30a - 7:30p, 7:30p - 7:30aDepartment Staffing Model: Tuesday - Friday = 1 Physician & 1 APP (11:30a - 9:30p), Saturday - Monday = 1 Physician & 2 APP's (10a - 8p & 2p - 12a)Average # of patients/day = 60Annual visit volume = 20,000Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills are required to improve the health of the people and communities we serve.Qualifications:Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (must become board certified within 5 years)Eligible to work in the United StatesHold a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of IowaAbility to work as a team member and leaderAbout the Group:A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
